Deep Thoughts

I had a lot of time to think on my run today, and I got pretty reflective. I started thinking how lucky I am that every time I ask my body to do something it responds and does just what I ask it to. It makes me sad that Blake's body won't do the same for him. I would give anything in the world to change that.
